What Is A

Turnkey Package?

Building from the ground up, Mor Sports Group carries out construction services for all sports facilities, providing “turn – key” packages on request. For Clients involved with the Design and Construction of New Sports Facilities Projects we offer the complete package including permitting, site strip, base construction, surfacing, fencing, floodlights and accessories. Our packages include Pickleball, Tennis, Basketball, Bocce, Shuffleboard, Golf, Soccer, and Volleyball, either individually or as multi sports facilities.

  • PERMITTING

    When in possession of a land development order or equivalent, we can manage the permitting process for you.

  • SITE STRIP

    Co-ordinating with your Engineer, we carry out rough and final grade, cut swales and carry out necessary excavations all to the Engineers grading in readiness for base construction. We provide you with any necessary base compaction certification.

  • BASEWORKS

    Using laser equipment, we install the base material to demanding tolerances. Using construction materials such as virgin asphalt or pouring concrete, our finished bases are within the parameters set by the American Sports Builders Association.

  • SURFACING WORKS

    Using laser equipment, we install the base material to demanding tolerances. Using construction materials such as virgin asphalt or pouring concrete, our finished bases are within the parameters set by the American Sports Builders Association.

  • FENCING

    Install tubular or upgraded weld mesh systems for sports courts are carried out by our in house installers.

  • LIGHTING

    We install LED Lighting based off the design stage plan layout.

  • ACCESSORIES

    The completed facility is finished with our top of the range accessories, from nets and posts to windscreens etc.
